Lifestyle Leak: Brenda Novak Heat Series

Although I can easily spotted with a magazine in front of my face, I occasionally read a book here and there too! I was introduced to what I call the "Heat" series by Brenda Novak through Three Custom Color Specialists. Brenda Novak, the author behind the Heat series penned three books, White Heat, Body Heat, and Killer Heat and each book was accompanied by a Three Custom Color Specialist lipgloss pot with the same name as the novel. Even though I love Three Custom Color Specialist the books are better!

Each novel follows a different Department 6 agent who has been enlisted to help solve a major crime or string of killings. Each novel is engaging and keeps you on the edge of your seat with anticipation and suspense, plus each novel has an underlying love story and I'm always a sucker for a love story.
