Justin Bieber Has Already Taken His DNA Test – Still Says He’s Not a Father

Tuesday, November 22, 2011

Justin Bieber and Mariah Yeater fight over DNA test
Looks like Justin Bieber is not backing away from Mariah Yeater’s claims that he is the father of her baby.

TMZ and other news organizations are reporting that Bieber submitted his DNA to authorities last Friday at a private New Jersey facility and now is just waiting for the results.

Bieber’s legal team has said the will not negotiate, compromise, settle, or even discuss the issue and it is up to Yeater and her legal team to make the next move.

As each day goes by it appears more and more as if Yeater was trying to shake down the $100 million singer by forcing the issue into a public scandal.

Justin Bieber’s Baby Drama is OVER – Mariah Yeater Drops Her Lawsuit and Goes into Hiding

Wednesday, November 16, 2011

Justin Bieber and his Accuser Mariah Yeater

The Justin Bieber pregnancy baby momma drama appears to be over!

Yesterday, Bieber’s legal team headed by famous lawyer Howard Weitzman said they were notified that Mariah Yeater has dropped her lawsuit against the singer.

In addition, Yeater’s lawyers have withdrawn from the case and say they will no longer represent the accusing baby momma.

Awkward.

As we reported last week, Bieber was planning to return to the United States this week and take a DNA test that he said would prove his innocence.

Bieber’s team was then planning to bring a wrongful and malicious lawsuit against Yeater to set an example for others that may wish to extort Justin with a bogus claim in the future.

We suspect that since the suit has been dropped that Bieber will NOT proceed with any kind of legal action against Yeater and will just let the story fade into the past.

Last week Yeater told The Insider all the dirty sexy details of meeting the singer after a concert and having sex with him in a bathroom at the Staples Center in L.A.

Justin went public the next day on the TODAY show and told Matt Lauer that he had NEVER met Yeater and the story was just a way to try and get some of his money.

InfoStar’s Take:

Case closed. Let’s move on – there is nothing to see here.

Video - Justin Bieber Sued In Paternity Lawsuit – Baby Photo Leaked

Wednesday, November 2, 2011

Meet Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater - born July 6 2011.

That’s him in the picture with his mother, 20-year-old Mariah Yeater on the cover of this month’s Star Magazine.

But can that really be a photo of Justin Bieber's illegitimate son?

Mariah is claiming the baby was fathered by Justin and she has filed a paternity lawsuit against the 17-year-old “Baby” maker.

Court papers were received on October 31.

Yeater says she hooked up with the singer after a concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. She became pregnant and is sure the baby belongs to Bieber.

One of Bieber’s representatives told TMZ,

"While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."

Star Magazine broke the story saying the women wants Bieber to take a paternity and blood test to prove that he is the father of their child and wants the singer to “provide adequate support for my baby.”

video platformvideo managementvideo solutionsvideo player

The magazine says the women told them where they first met, and that Justin told her it was his “first time”.

Yeater told a Los Angeles Judge that,

"When I later realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber's baby, I tried to contact him through his representatives but no one ever called me back. On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber. Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby."

We suspect a paternity law suit will never be allowed to make it to a judge, and this is just some crazy fan trying to cash in on the Bieb’s baby making ability.

If the allegations are true then Yeater just admitted to statutory rape and having sex with an underage person, and we don’t think anybody would be dumb enough to admit to that just to try and make a few bucks off a celebrity.

One blood test and this issue will be over.

Besides, if this was true then Selena Gomez would have taken care of the problem a long time ago.

Case closed.

Charlie Sheen Puts His Beverly Hills Mansion on the Market for $7.2 Million

Thursday, May 26, 2011

Troubled actor Charlie Sheen just put his house on the market.

Well, it’s really more of a Beverly Hills mansion than a house. And he’s only asking $7.2 million.

Sheen, who has finished his “Torpedo of Truth” live shows, gained possession of the house in his divorce with Brooke Mueller and now has the ability to sell it without her interference.

The almost 8,000 square foot mansion boasts a private movie theater to screen new porn movies, 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

Parts of the house were seen in Sheen’s hilarious “Winning Cooking Recipes” video parody shot by FunnyOrDie during the height of his troubles with CBS over his role on “Two and a Half Men”.

Related: Charlie Sheen on FunnyorDie – Winning Cooking Recipes

No word on the exact reason Sheen wants to sell, but there has been some speculation that he is in need of cash. After all, he gave up almost $2 million per episode when was fired from “Men”.

It has also been reported that out of that $2 mill per episode Charlie was having almost $1 Million taken out each week to pay off a $10 million loan from CBS.

Now that CBS and Chuck Lorre have announced that Ashton Kutcher will replace Sheen on next seasons “Two and a Half Men”, it appears the only income for the actor would be proceeds of a $100 million dollar lawsuit Sheen has filed against his enemies at CBS and Warner Brothers.

But that suit could take years (and millions) to work its way through the legal system and could backfire costing him a lot more money. Lawyers say the best he should hope for is some type of settlement.

So, if you have a spare $7 million lying around give Charlie a call and see if you can make a deal.

But beware - we suspect the entire place will need a nuclear cleaning before anyone will dare step inside.

“The Situation’s” Dad Just Got Served – Lawsuit Time!

Saturday, May 21, 2011

Well, we’re going to file this one under we saw it coming a mile away.

The bitter mafia style family feud between Jersey Shore icon Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and his father Frank “The Confrontation” Sorrentino just got ratcheted up a notch.

The Situation just served legal papers against his own father while he was attending a school charity event in Florida.

Frank “The Douchebag” Sorrentino just tweeted,

“Only Mike would serve his father at a charity event. #FTLF. Getting served in the dunk tank....priceless”

It’s not like it should have been a surprise. Frank has been all over twitter telling everybody about this event, where it was, and inviting people to come out for a day of fun.

Mike on the other hand has been the mature Guido in this battle saying through a rep,

"Mike is extremely saddened by his estranged father's actions. Frank has unfortunately decided to go public, to garner himself media attention. The Sorrentino family, Marc, Frank, Jr., Melissa, and their mother Linda, remain united with Mike under these hurtful circumstances."

Now it looks like The Situation is following up on his intent to ask a Judge to have Frank’s website, videos, and YouTube account removed for using Mike’s likeness and image without permission.

He is also looking to have TheConfrontationSite.com removed because Frank is using it to post harmful and damaging videos about Mike.

We’ve seen it. The site is horrendous. There are broken links everywhere and cheap advertising for lesbian “friends” and advice on how to refinance your mortgage.

The video below is where it all started and we’re not sure how long it will still work, so if it’s broke… we’re not surprised.

Most of the videos on Frank’s YouTube channel have already been removed for violating their terms of service.

We also think MTV is waiting quietly in the wings to see how far Frank is willing to go before throwing their muscle into the mix.

But then again, this gets us one step closer to our “Guido Rat Theory” that InfoStar has suspected all along.

Time will tell. Remember, this is Hollywood – or Jerseywood, and anything can happen, and what you see is rarely the truth.

Do you smell a rat?

John Cryer and Angus T. Jones to Star in New ‘Two and a Half Men’ without Charlie Sheen – Confirmed

Saturday, April 30, 2011

It has been a brutal two months for Chuck Lorre.

Charlie Sheen was fired from his show “Two and a Half Men”, the remaining season was cancelled, and the future of the sitcom was unknown.

While there has been some speculation and many great ideas floated about, we didn’t really know anything solid – until now.

The Inquisitr is reporting that Chuck Lorre has confirmed to them that the remaining parts of the eighth season, and any new shows from that point on, will now focus on Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones character while a possible new character may be introduced.

It’s official – “Two and A Half Men” is BACK!

This was what we were hoping for all along. We knew there had to be a way to keep the show going, and Cryer and Jones are the perfect match to bridge any transition in plot.

One insider said,

“They already have the set, a group of actors with contracts, an audience, and a place to start a new plot. They would have been fools to not try and keep it going – even if it was for just one season to see how it goes. They could have a bigger hit on their hands now than they did with the old show and Sheen. Charlie thinks he’s indispensable – but he’s not.”

The deal most certainly looked attractive to both Cryer and Jones. Sheen was pulling in $1.8 million per episode, Cryer was earning $550k, and Angus (Jake) was making $350k per show.

With Sheen’s salary expense out of the way, producers can afford to spread that love around a little more to the remaining cast and crew – everybody wins.

Except Uncle Charlie.

While it is not clear what impact Sheen’s $100 million lawsuit against Chuck Lorre, CBS and Warner Brothers will have on the shows finances, some smart legal people tell us that Charlie will probably not prevail.

So let’s bring the show back with Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones as the new leads, and weave in larger roles for Herb Melnick (Ryan Stiles), Berta (Conchata Ferrell), Rose (Melanie Lynskey), and of course mother Evelyn (Holland Taylor).

That’s all we ever wanted. We don’t need Charlie Sheen anymore.

Go Chuck Lorre!

Rascal Flatts in Lawsuit Over Tour Money

Friday, April 29, 2011

The band Rascal Flatts is being sued by former managers who feel they have been cheated out of the bands concert money.

The law suit was filed in a Tennessee court and seeks to collect 15 percent commission on the bands tour revenue on dates through 2013.

They also want their share of profits from television appearances and DVDs which they contracted and negotiated.

Turner Nichols & Associates says they managed the group since the beginning of their career and say they were abruptly replaced last February. They claim they are due money because of the work they did to negotiate, finance, schedule, book, and promote, the tour venues through 2013.

The band responded through a rep who said,

"We are disappointed they have chosen to file as we had hoped to address these issues privately, however we hope that this can be resolved amicably."

Sounds like some bad blood somewhere.

Happy Days Cast Sues Over Merchandise Royalties and Slot Machines

Wednesday, April 20, 2011

You would have thought that CBS had its hands full dealing with Charlie Sheen's $100 Million lawsuit.

But now the network is embroiled in another lawsuit brought by four cast members of the 70’s sitcom “Happy Days” over merchandising revenue and slot machines.

The cast members, led by Anson Williams who played Potsie, said,

“The show represented to the public what the best of America has to offer... the friendships, the opportunities, and the warmth. Unfortunately, now 'Happy Days' also represents the worst of America -- of what major companies are trying to get from it, trying to use it for, and forgetting the family it created."

Joining Anson Williams is the estate of Tom Bosley, Donny Most, who played Ralph Malph, and Marion Ross.

The group says their images have been used by comic books, clothing makers, scrapbooks, trading cards, games, lunch boxes, dolls, toy cars, magnets, greeting cards and DVD covers.

And they say they have not seen a dime.

Marian Ross told CNN that she started to wonder if they were entitled to any of the merchandising money when a friend of hers told her about a "Happy Days" slot machine she played in Las Vegas.

The four cast members joined together and approached CBS and said they were at first shut down and told there was no money to distribute.

But after the cast appeared on CNN, CBS had a different response:

"We agree that funds are owed to the actors and have been working with them for quite some time to resolve the issue."

Marian Ross, who played the mother, lost her house three years ago in a foreclosures and Erin Moran, who played Joanie, is reported to be going through a difficult financial situation as we speak.

Step up CBS – do the right thing.

Funny. I remember in grade school I had a Fonzie lunchbox. I wonder how many pennies each cast member got from my big purchase.

Charlie Sheen and Warner Bros Dispute Efforts to Revive ‘Two and a Half Men’ – WB Tells Charlie to ‘Shut Up’

Thursday, April 14, 2011

Sometimes it may be best if Charlie Sheen just says nothing.

Uncle Charley, Chuck Lorre and Warner Bros seem to be in disagreement over comments Sheen has made while out on the road on his “Violent Torpedo of Truth” live tour.

Sheen told the audience in Boston, and also a radio show, that he had been in talks with Warner Bros and everybody involved about returning to “Two and a Half Men”.

In fact, Sheen put the odds at about 85% that he would be returning.

But not so fast - Warner Bros seems to disagree. In fact, they think Sheen is lying.

Warner Bros not only disagrees, and says there have been NO talks, but their lawyers have fired off a letter to Charlie telling him to stop talking about the show and any discussion people may have had.

Warner Bros said in no uncertain terms,

"Those statements are false. As you know, there have been no discussions, there are no discussions and there will be no discussions, regarding his returning to or having any involvement with the series."

This kind of jives with everything we have heard – that there is absolutely NO chance that Sheen will ever return to the show.

There is also the small detail of the $100 Million lawsuit Sheen has filed against Warner Brothers. Awkward.

Sorry Charlie, looks like you better polish up that road show – you might be at it a while.

Justin Bieber’s Music Producers Sued Over Song Royalties – Seeking Damages

Wednesday, March 30, 2011

You know what they say - you’re not successful until somebody tries to sue you. So it goes in the teen heart throb world of Justin Bieber.

The original producers of the 17- year-old's hit single “One Less Lonely Girl” are suing Bieber’s Production company saying they are due royalties from the song, and accuses them of fraud and copyright infringement. Ouch!

Vance Tate and Thomas Oliveria, who represent the songwriting team A-Rex, have filed a lawsuit seeking additional royalty money from the hit single which appeared on Bieber's hit 2008 debut album, “My World”.

In 2008, A-Rex wrote the song, "One Less Lonely Girl," as part of a music project by soul and R&B singer Noel Gourdin. Gourdin’s team passed on the song so A-Rex shopped it around the music biz and it eventually found its way onto Justin Bieber's first album.

The suit alleges that A-Rex are due ten percent of the publishing royalties tied to their share of the song, a dollar amount they say is about $200,000. They are also seeking damages for breach of contract, fraud, conversion and copyright infringement.

Really? Only $200,000? Bieber makes $300,000 per concert and “One Less Lonely Girl” is one of his hit songs on stage.

The suit also names EMI Music Publishing and the L.A. Reid Music Publishing Company.

L.A. Reid, just announced last week that he will be stepping down as Chairman of Island Def Jam Records to become one of the judges on the Fall premier of Simon Cowell's new reality show “X Factor”.

Bieber's management team has not commented on the suit.

My take:

Pay up and move on…..
